Licensing & Compliance
CLASS 2 REGISTRATION
Registered to work on Class 2 buildings, including multi‐unit and multi‐storey residential apartments and mixed‐use buildings that contain a Class 2 component, in accordance with the Design and Building Practitioners framework.
DEMOLITION LICENCE
Licensed to undertake demolition works, including internal, partial and structural demolition scopes, in compliance with SafeWork NSW and WHS requirements.
ASBESTOS REMOVAL LICENCE
Authorised to identify, remove and manage asbestos as part of demolition and strip‐out works, including packaging, transport and disposal through approved facilities in line with NSW regulations.
BUILDING CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION
Registered as a building practitioner to carry out regulated building work, meeting required qualifications, experience and insurance thresholds.
