Our Approach

Stripout Bros delivered the complete demolition and cold shell defit of a high‑security commercial workplace at 2 Park Street, Sydney. Across approximately 2,200 m² of premium office space, our team removed furniture, partitions, glazed systems, ceilings, floor finishes, joinery and non‑operational services, then prepared concrete surfaces ready for new works. The project relied on detailed methodology, electric robotic demolition and a continuous 660‑litre bin waste system that moved up to 200 bins per day, all under strict security, access and sustainability requirements. The tenancy was handed back as a true cold shell, providing the incoming builder with a clean structural base for refurbishment.
