Our Approach
At 39 York Street in the Sydney CBD, Stripout Bros was engaged to break out and remove approximately 45 m³ of hard Sydney sandstone and ironstone to form a new 5 m x 3 m x 3 m grease‑trap pit two levels below ground. Using a Husqvarna DXR 300 three‑phase electric, remote‑controlled demolition robot, we delivered 10‑tonne‑class breaking power in a confined basement with zero exhaust emissions. The excavation was completed in three days instead of the 3–4 weeks projected with conventional plant, recovering critical program time while maintaining high safety and air‑quality standards.
