Our Approach
Stripout Bros was engaged to demolish and remove a reinforced bank safe within the old Commonwealth Bank building in Caringbah — a job requiring careful planning around access, vibration and debris control in a highly constrained environment. Controlled wall sawing and robotic breaking allowed the team to stage the clearance of heavily reinforced concrete and steel while protecting surrounding structures and finishes. The safe was fully dismantled within a three-day schedule, ready for subsequent fit-out works.
