Our Approach
Stripout Bros was engaged to complete the defit of the Hong Kong Tourism office at Hong Kong House in Sydney. Our scope covered full internal strip-out of office fittings, partitions, ceilings, floor finishes and loose assets, delivered under tight access and security requirements in an occupied commercial building. Demolition was sequenced around neighbouring tenancies and building operations, with controlled noise, dust and waste removal so the space could be handed back as a clean, compliant shell ready for its next use
