Our Approach
Stripout Bros was engaged to deliver classroom reconfiguration works within a live, operating university campus, including structural demolition, finishes removal and services strip-out. The scope required careful sequencing to avoid disruption to staff, students and daily campus operations. Working to a highly compressed program, the team deployed eco-electric machinery and robotic demolition to minimise noise, vibration and dust. Staged delivery and efficient sequencing kept the project on track, delivering a fast-tracked program without compromising on safety or site controls.
