Project 03
ROUSE HILL ANGLICAN COLLEGE

CLASSROOM BLOCK STRIP-OUT
Project Details
Location
Rouse Hill, NSW
Client
Rouse Hill Anglican College
Duration
7 days (programmed duration: 3 weeks)
Our Approach
Stripout Bros stripped out three classroom blocks within an active school campus, removing internal linings, ceilings, floor finishes and non-structural elements to leave clean, structurally sound shells ready for the next stage of works. Robotic and electric demolition, strict dust and noise controls, and close coordination with the client allowed the team to safely accelerate delivery — completing the works in six days against a programmed three weeks.
