Our Approach
Stripout Bros completed a full retail defit for the Swarovski tenancy in Westfield Hurstville. The works included removal of display joinery, services, ceilings, floor finishes and internal walls, stripping the store back to blank walls and concrete slab. Access, services isolation and waste runs were all managed inside a live centre, keeping shoppers and neighbouring retailers safe while maintaining centre operations. The tenancy was handed over as a clean, compliant shell, ready for the incoming brand to commence its new fit‑out.
